[RegCNET] problem on subexparam

Dear RegCNETers,

In the file 'regcm.in' under 'RegCM\Commons', some parameters related to SUBEX are assigned as follows,
 $subexparam
 ncld    =  3,
 qck1land = 0.00025,
 qck1oce  = 0.00025,
 cevap    = 1.0e-3,
 caccr    = 3.0,
 $

Are these values recommended for SUBEX scheme in RegCM3?
