[RegCNET] only one tracer in CHE.mon

Dear RegCNETers,
I have run ./average < postproc.in to obtain the monthly means for the CHE
files.
I had a simple problem which you helped me solve with the .ctl file, but now
I realised that where it should have several variables (in particular 4
tracers; refer to q file 2 below), it has much less (in particular 1 tracer,
refer to q file 1 below). Is this a simple problem of fixing the .ctl file?
or is this a problem from the 'average' program?
