[RegCNET] Regcm parameters

Dear all,
I wondered if somebody could explain me in a more simplistic way what the following parameters of the RegCM4.0's namelist file, as I am a beginner in running a model and don't know personally anyone here that has run the model before. Furthermore, I have read all the WIKI pages but, unfortunately, I can't understand these parameters:
truelatl
truelath
smthbdy
itype_in
fudge_lnd
fudge_lnd_s
fudge_tex
fudge_tex_s
iotyp
nspgx
nspgd
ehso4
h2opct (is the value 75 sufficient for the Mediterranean basin?)

Any help would be invaluable.
