[RegCNET] Running RegCM4 with CCSM data

Hi everyone,

Which dttype and ssttype should be specified in the RegCM4 name list
for running the ICBC with CCSM data?
I've already provided the CCSM 1x1 degree monthly global SST and
6-hourly atmospheric data for each month for my window.
