Hi Marcelino,
First of all try to compile and install netcdf instead of using binary which might not be compiled with the same version of gcc you have on your machine. Second use latest version of netcdf. This might help.

Hi all,
While trying to compile (make terrain) code of Regcm4 I received the above error message. I downloaded the netcdf binary (binary-netcdf-4.0.1_gfortran_gfortran_c++.tar.gz - Binary distribution of netcdf-4.0.1 on linux_2.6-x86_64) from http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/netcdf/netcdf-4_0_1/index.jsp
since i'm using gfortran compiler (comes with Fedora 13). Does the error mean I have a wrong netcdf library? how can i fix it?
Thanks in advance!
