[RegCNET] RegCM4 run- EH5OM

Dear all,

I am trying to set up RegCM4 run using EH5OM ICBC. I successfully generated
the terrain and icbc files. But when I try the actual run, it stops abruptly
giving the following error massage.

mpirun has exited due to process rank 0 with PID 28147 on
node cesehpcc.cese.uconn.edu exiting without calling "finalize". This may
have caused other processes in the application to be
terminated by signals sent by mpirun (as reported here).
