[RegCNET] ask for the description file of EH5OM SST data

Dear Bi,

I understand the EH5OM data is in binary format. I like to know the
description of all the variables in A1B data with their units. Where I can
get the information. If any one in Regcnet knows about the information
kindly inform the users so that the data can be better utilized further.
