Welcome to RegCm-4.0!

I have doubt about the way you setup your simulation directory and others. Please check from the eForge wiki how things must be configured before starting preprocessing.

Try to use scripts from 'Tools' directory to setup simulation directories. Tamirat Bekele Jimma
