[RegCNET] REGCM4 ...help

Dear Abishek,

Whether you have completed successfully the following

1. Bin/terrain regcm.in
2. Bin/sst regcm.in
3. Bin/icbc regcm.in

What is the input data (boundary data) you have used like NNRP1, EH5OM,
ERAIN, ERA40 etc and the input you have used is at what interval. In
regcm.in if you have used ibdyfrq = 6 then you need to provide boundary
files at 6 hourly interval.
