[RegCNET] RegCM4 with CLM crashing with CFL violation right after init

Dear RegCNETters,
I've successfully run a RegCM4 simulation with BATS and wanted to try
out the new CLM option. I've completed the setup and preprocessing steps
described in the howto with no warning. With CLM enabled, the model
crashes with CFL violation error right after initialization with not
even one time step of integration performed (at least that's what I
assume from the log). Just for the sake of experiment, I tried reducing
the time steps in regcm.in (abatm=80, dt=20, ds=50 km), but this
obviously didn't help. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Should I
check some files for possible errors in preproc?
I'm attaching regcm.in and log from the clm run.
Thanks for any help.
Best regards,
