[RegCNET] running RegCM4 error

Dear Regcnet,

i try to run RegCM4 for 1 years. the simulation start at 01january 20020and 
finish at 31dec2002. after the terrain, sst and icbc which are successful. i run 
the model by ./Bin/regcmSerial regcm.in. So after a few minutes of simulation i 
got this error message:
