[RegCNET] Error in installing regcm4 (terrain)

Dear Bi and all,
I have started installing regcm4 in linux machine with PGI compiler. Configuring goes well. While making terrain module by giving command 'make terrain' it gives following error.
Following is the error. Kindly suggest.
