[RegCNET] an error(segmentation fault) during runing regcmserial

Hi, Duan Wei:

You know, regcm4 use dynamic memory, so you have to type

ulimit -s unlimited (if you use bash)

or

limit stacksize unlimited (if you use tcsh)

before you run regcmSerial (even before you run terrain)
