[RegCNET] PhD fellowship - first dealine 8 NOVEMBER

Dear RegCNETers

I wanted to bring to your attention the possibility of obtaining a 
scholarship for the joint U. Trieste - ICTP phd program in environmental 
fluid mechanics. In particular, ICTP is offering one scholarship on 
climate modeling, with emphasis on modeling cloud microphysics. You can 
find relevant info and application form from the ICTP website in this way:

1) Go to the ICTP wensite
2) click on "training and education"
3) scroll down to "PhD on Environmental Fluid Mechanics" and click on it
4) Click on 2010 call

There are various steps to this call, but the first is to just fill out a 
form and send in a copy of your ID card, but the deadline for this is 8 
November 2010, so very soon !!!

If you are interested, please visit this site, it is a good opportunity
to get a high level PhD from U. Trieste and work with us,
