[RegCNET] postproc error

Hi,

To run the PostProc in RegCM4, the recommanded steps are as follows:

1. run sigma2p for the original (raw) input/output first
    at this moment idate0/1/2 should be 10 digit, for your case
    idate0  = 2000010100, idate1  = 2000010100, idate2  = 2001010100

2. run average, since it also reads in the original time frequency,
    you can also use
    idate0  = 2000010100, idate1  = 2000010100, idate2  = 2001010100
    and do both daily mean and month mean at one step;

    you cannot do monthly mean but not do daily mean.

3. if you want, you 'd better run regrid only for monthly mean files.
    Because regrid is time consuming, for date parameters
    idate0  = 200001, idate1  = 200001, idate2  = 200012.

Now go to your exact problem, I guess one possible reason is disk full.

You see, it happens when the average code reads ATM.20001201 to do 
monthly mean.
