[RegCNET] Problem when running icbc.x

Dear all

I'm trying to using FNEST to run the model with 10km resolution. The previous (nested) run is from 1980010100 to 2001010100 with 50km resolution. Everything went well untill the nest run aborted because of power failure in the lab.
When i restart the model from 1993010100, there is a following error during running icbc.x :

 PGFIO-F-253/unformatted read/unit=55/attempt to read non-existent record (direct access).
  File name = ../DATA/RegCM/ATM.1992120100    unformatted, direct access   record = 14013
  In source file ICBC.f, at line number 3181

 the 3181 line of ICBC.f is:
 read(55,rec=nrec) ((U_O(i,j,k),i=1,JX_O),j=1,IY_O)

The thing made me more confused is that icbc.x could run successfully if i set the initial time back to 1980010100.

Help please.
