[RegCNET] terrain problems of RegCM4

Dear Zou and RegCMers,

Problem solved!
I change ibyte to 1 for ifort compiler in regcm.in file.
It reports error.

SO I change back to 4, it runs well.
I do remember that if ifort compiler is used, the ibyte should be set to 1.
It seems that I am wrong.

It seems that the compile options have not been specified correctly.
