[RegCNET] double nesting

Dear All
When i try to run icbc for a double nested regcm run, i encounter with a problem. The Error is as fallowing Error: the RCM surface is above the GCM model top at i,j=           1           1 This might reasonably happen if you have a very tall mountain in your domain. Setting  ptop to a smaller value could help. Otherwise, this indicates a bug somewhere..
First of all, decreasing the ptop value doesn't work. on the other hand, changing the "clat"and"clon" works well. But i dont want to change the centre of my location. So; here my question. what is the reason of that error,and how can fix that without changing the domain.
