[RegCNET] GISST dataset

Dear all,

I'm getting the opening file error while doing ./icbc.x using GISST  
dataset.

Unlike the OISST,  the GISST is in text format and I wonder if I need  
to reformat them to NetCDF or do something else to make this work.
Please let me know how can I use this dataset.
