[RegCNET] icbc.x error

I get a error during the run icbc.x file.

Now I using a SST20C_3_1962010100_1993123118 SST data.

When I executed icbc.x file, the SST20C_1_1962010100_1993123118 file was generated in DATA/SST.

Is this no problem?
