Dear RegCNET colleagues,

We encourage you to present your results in the special session "Regional Climate
Modeling" (session number A14) at the Fall Meeting of the American Geophysical Union
(AGU), 13-17 December 2010 in San Francisco, California, USA.

The web page for the Fall Meeting is:
http://www.agu.org/meetings/fm10/

Abstracts are due not later than 2359 Eastern Daylight Time on 2 September 2010 (UTC
equivalent is 0359 UTC, 3 September). AGU is *VERY* strict about deadlines and will
not accept late abstracts. We suggest that you submit your abstract a few days
before this as the system sometimes becomes overloaded close to the deadline.

Submit your abstract using the link:
http://www.agu.org/meetings/fm10/program/abstract_submissions.php
The abstract submittal fee is reduced or waived for participants from certain
countries, listed at
http://www.agu.org/meetings/fm10/registration/low-income-countries.php

To submit an abstract you must be a member of AGU, or your submission must be
sponsored by an AGU member. If you or a coauthor are not a member of AGU we can
arrange for your submission to be sponsored by one of us (please give a few days
notice).

Unfortunately AGU does not provide financial support for travel expenses.

Please do not hesitate to ask us if you have questions. We look forward to seeing
you in San Francisco.

Best regards,
Ray Arritt

(for the conveners: Ray Arritt and Ruby Leung)
