[RegCNET] Help about RegCM 4.0

Dear Regcm Users,

While attempting to get Regcm 4.0 source by TortoiseSVN client under Windows XP platform, I got errors as follows,

error can't open “E:\regcm\Main\clm3.5\bld\XML\man3\.svn\tmp\text-base\XML::Lite::Element.3.svn-base”:

How can I resolve it? Plz do me a faovor.
