If you are using MATLab, 
1st load the file to the working place. 
2nd on command prompt type, contour(SST) 
 If you are using GrADS, type 
$ Set  gxout contour 
d sst 
For more information, read GrADS manual and MATLAB as well

I have to draw SST contour and check to magnitude , but the problem is
I do't know how to draw SST contour.
