[RegCNET] regcm4

Dear Rajesh et all,
the RegCM4 has been presented and tested during the last RegCM workshop 
here in Trieste (31May-11July 2010) and it will be officially released by 
the end of June.
There will be an official e-mail on the regcm list with all the 
instructions.
