[RegCNET] how to calculate Geopotential Height

Dear Regenter's,

    I am ploting model output in which I have to plot Geopotential Height
,but I don't have any idea about plotting the Geopotential
Height.
Please let me know , how to calculate the Geopotential height in Grads
commands and give some sample scripts .
I am waiting your valuable response.
