Hi  RegCM  users

I am doing on the impact of various initial condition and lateral boundary
conditions of forcing fields of RegCM using ERA40,NCER/NCAR  and ERA Interim
data.Could you tell me how to simulate or re_analyses these forcing fields
,could you suggest  me the output were NAN when I have running  the RegCM
model and could you give me important text,books or journals about analyzing
of forcing fields?
