Hi, Franklin:

There are several thing need to be done for you running the aerosol
related simulation,

1. parame file under RegCM/Main
ntr and nbin need to be reset for your experiment,

Suppose you want to run 6 aerosol (SO2, Sulfate, two BC and two OC)
you have to set ntr=6, (you can keep use ntr=4).

2. There are several regcm.in templates under RegCM/Commons, like
    regcm.in_10aerosol, regcm.in_4dust, and regcm.in_6aerosol.

choose one of them can copy it to regcm.in, then edit the information
    of idate0, idate1, and idate2 in regcm.in file.

3. under the namelist chemparam in regcm.in file, the number of
tracers, and the number of dustbins, should be consistent with
the ntr and nbin in parame file (under RegCM/Main).

Hope it helps,
Xunqiang Bi
