If you mean ORL at the top of the atmosphere, it is already given by RegCM raw output: it's firtp in the rad files.

Dear All,
I need data for OLR from my RegCM simulation runs, but OLR is not one of the output of RegCM. Is there any way I can calculate this and from which parameters.
