I also use to run at 25km and it worked fine using dt=60 and abatm=180. You may need try those ones.

Dear all,
I am running RegCM3 for year 2000, everything was working fine initially until I got to April and it started displaying the following. I used prescribed dt =3*dx , my dx=25km and my dt =75.

Can anyone tell me what went work.
