[RegCNET] Interpolation from LAMCON projection to NORMER projection

Dear Bi and RegCM Users

I want to interpolate from LAMCON (Lambert conformal) projection to
Normal Mercator (NORMER) projection.
When I tried to interpolate rainfall data using XCONV the following error
message is showed

*Fatal error in xconv, click OK to exit*
*fseek error: Invalid argument*
*Error in xseek in get_data*

Can anybody help me in solving this problem or is there any other method by
which
interpolation from Lambert conformal projection to
Normal Mercator projection can be done.
