[RegCNET] How to calculate the AOD of dust aerosol?

Dear Ashraf and RegCM3 users,
I want to simulate dust aerosol in East Asia. But I don't know how to calculate the AOD of dust aerosol. Are the  parameters (used to calculate the AOD) in CHE file? How to calculate the AOD with these parameters?
Could you give me some help?
