[RegCNET] domain parameters are not consistent

You tell RegCM a wrong information for your coarse domain at the Terrain 
step. I guess it should be

After you see the following message, type 158, 94, 18

You are preparing the NEST run from previous run
Please input the original size of ARRAYs
JX_O, IY_O, KZ_O
You need cut 2 rows for both JX_O and IY_O


   158, 94, 18

Or possibly you use a wrong directory, or a wrong OUT_HEAD file at least.
