[RegCNET] what would be the processor for high perfermance

 For the attached domain, the center at Delhi long&lat, with your proposed
configuration but with 2.8 GHZ processor, NNRP2, will have 1.63 hr for
one day simulation,
 At, the Center of Excellence for Climate Change Research (CECCR),KAU
I am using 32 processor such longer run.
