[RegCNET] ~~~~~~~~about regcm3~~~~~~~

Dear Suman,

In my view, the RegCM3 could only work with the data sets prepared by its
team for this particular model.

If & how RegCM3 can accept any netCDF format data as driving, I think, in
detail, the RegCM3 team/anybody else can comment/clarify. Let's see.
