[RegCNET] Nan error during model run

Dear RegCNETers,
I am conducting a RegCM run (3 months simulation). It is going fine but getting the NaN error during the last six hours of model run. If I try a restart run with the last 'SAV' file, this too encounters 'NaN' error. In general, NaN error occurs with inappropriate in the time step issue (dt in regcm.in) and so I have attempted with several changes in the time step (dt) but there is no success.
Can you please suggest what could be the probable error.
My Namelist file in the simulation with 30 km resolution is as follows.
 radfrq  =    30.,
 abemh   =    18.,
 abatm   =   90.,
 dt      =   30.,
 I tried changes in (dt, abatm) as (30,90), (30,180), (30, 300), (30,600) and also (60,180)etc.
