[RegCNET] Problems in High resolution RegCM3 run

Dear RegCM Users,
I am running RegCM3 (released on Nov 2009) with 30 km resolution (192x164
grid points) using NNRP2 (and BATS and OISST) data.
after running 11 days the fields are becoming NaNQ (though model run
is completed with NaNQ afterwards), the messages are like below-

Writing rad fields at ktau = 15840 2004060900

BCs are ready from 2004060900 to 2004060906

at day = 11.0062, ktau = 15850 : 1st, 2nd time deriv of ps = .15776E-02
.20754E-04, no. of points w/convection = 1665

at day = 11.0410, ktau = 15900 : 1st, 2nd time deriv of ps = .24255E-02
.32356E-04, no. of points w/convection = 1828

at day = 11.0757, ktau = 15950 : 1st, 2nd time deriv of ps = .41511E-02
.54436E-04, no. of points w/convection = 2081

at day = 11.1104, ktau = 16000 : 1st, 2nd time deriv of ps = NaNQ NaNQ, no.
of points w/convection = 0



Can you please help me to overcome this problem so that I can get values of
variables in output except NaNQ?
