[RegCNET] problem to get ICBC from EH5OM

Dear all,

We got a problem in calculating ICBC from the EH5OM data. We downloaded 
the global SST data and the global EH5OM data from the ICTP website 
(EgA1B2100JUN, EgA1B2100JUL ,... , EHgPS2100JUN, EHgPS2100JUL,...). But 
it only reads a portion of the global EH5OM data in the ICBC.f, instead 
of global GCM data as in the old versions. What is the procedure to 
produce ICBC for climate change simulation?
