Dear Kanhu,
Yes, you can run 20 years of RegCM in five sets with each having 5 years simulation.
As you are talking about space problem, you shouldn't create ICBC files for all 20 years at a time. You prepare ICBC files for first five years and start the simulation.Later you can create the ICBC file for next five years and have the simulation with 'restart' option.
Similarly you can go on for next 10 years. After completion of each sets of experiments you can move your ICBC and Model output data to other location.
