[RegCNET] about seasonal forecast

Dear regmers (good year 2010 for all);

I have executed the model regcm3 for 03 months ,i want use it for seasonal forecast over my contry (Algeria),for this job,I will need the normals at point of grid,
-someone can to indicate me the data set where the normals exist. 
_ where can i finding a similar studies about seasonal forecast.
