[RegCNET] Nan error during model run

HI Dwijendra
  Please check your system as follows:
 1-your data links in
   RegCM/PreProc/DATA (be sure that your data or its linke are there)
   then recheck the compilation of ICBC as follows:
 cd  RegCM/PreProc/ICBC, Check the Makefile you are using and the location
of netcdf library and weather it fits your system (32bit or 64bit), it
may needs some modification. do the following"
  make clean
  make

if you got correct comilation, run you icbc.x and then bake to ../Input to
check the ICBC??? size
