Dear sirs,

I want to do some sensitivity tests with RegCM3, and I am very thankful if anyone can help me to find the article “Biosphere-atmosphere transfer scheme (bats) version 1e as coupled to the NCAR community climate model”. 
 
Besides, if I want to change the initial soil moisture, are there any places which need us to change except the variable slmo in initb.f.
