[RegCNET] Solar Incident from RAD and SRF files.

Dear RegCM3 Users,

     RegCM3 output has Incident Solar Radiation variable in RAD and SRF
files.  In SRF file it is "sina" and in RAD file it is "solin". Can someone
clearify what is difference between the two variables. It is seen that solin
has higher values than sina.
