Hi, Akhmad:
At my laptop (Duo core), I have run successfully the parrllel code of
RegCM3, here is the steps:
1. Install the non-commercial version of Intel compiler, (to make sure it
works, you could try to submit the serial run of RegCM3);
2. Download the openmpi (the version I used is 1.3) and untar it;
3. ./configure CC=gcc
CXX=g++
FC=ifort
F77=ifort
F90=ifort
F95=ifort
--prefix=/opt/openmpi
make
make install
4. add the path /opt/openmpi/bin in your environment (PATH)
add the path /opt/openmpi/lib in your environment (LD_LIBRARY_PATH)
5. It's ready now to run the parallel version.
Hope it helps,
Xunqiang Bi
