[RegCNET] domain size

Hi Jagannathan,

If you are going to use RegCM over South Asia then it is better to use the
domain size which has been thoroughly tested. The domain size I suggested (and
you mentioned in your earlier email) has been used frequently at 50km by various
groups in South Asia. At 25km, you may use the domain size that we used in
Ashfaq et al, GRL (2009).

Apart from that, it is not mandatory to have jx greater than iy - though in most
cases jx > iy. Also, domains with large iy (latitudinal extent) are
computationally unstable due to the limitations of map projections. In general,
size of jx,iy,kz,ds will largely depend on the available computational resources
and science question that someone wants to address.
