[RegCNET] tg2d variable

Hi, Mega:

All those fields, tg2d, tgb2d, ......, are supposed to added for parallel 
code implementatin (and also for restart as well). tg2d and tgb2d are 
initialed with the same (tgb), then in BATS, tg2d (2D fields) is stored 
for tg1d (1D fields), and tgb2d is stored for tgb1d.

There should be no problem at this point, I guess.
