Hi Kanhu Charan Pattnayak,
You can find a program SIGMAtoP.f in RegCM/Commons/tools.
In SIGMAtoP.f subroutine SLPRES calculates sea level pressure (variable slp1) from output (ATM files) of RegCM3.

from RegCM output, but I am not getting
the MSLP variable from any of the output
files( ATM, SRF, RAD or OUT_HEAD).
