[RegCNET] AOD for RegCM3

Hi ,
   Please for future contact with RegCNET. Tell us your name and your
institute and for which purpose you are using RegCM. Anyway, Aerosol
optical depth is one of the model output. There is CHE* output files
which contains most of the aerosols and chemical parameters.
