The above line is fine. You know, the array is dimensioned 
dustbsiz(nbin,2)

so, it would be,

dustbsiz(nbin,1) 0.01, 1.00, 2.50, 5.00,
dustbsiz(nbin,2) 1.00, 2.50, 5.00,20.00
