[RegCNET] Lambet Conformal Projection

Hi,

    You can find the required parameters in your domain.param file. As an
example:

      parameter(truelatL= 30.) is Lambert Parallel 1
      parameter(truelatH= 60.) is  Lambert Parallel 2
      parameter(clon= 11.00)   is  Lambert Meridian
