[RegCNET] Problem about Aerosol

Dear Guogl,

1)   BC_HB : is the Hydrophobic BC
      BC_HL :  is the Haydrophlic BC
      OC as well have the same meaning. 

2) Of course to get sulfate (SO4)  you will need to have sulfur dioxide that 
can be oxidized and converted to sulfate

3) the attached documents can help to understand more.
